MDSP Apparel Pricing
Apparel prices now include $4 shipping per item. All orders made after 7/16 will be shipped to you after the Star Party is over. If your actual shipping fee differs by more than $2 from what we charged, we will include a check for the difference in your shipment. On the off chance that some of the orders placed after July 16 are available at the Star Party, your shipping fee will be refunded.
Registration Deadlines
WE ENCOURAGE PARTICIPANTS TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE, SO THAT WE MAKE SURE WE HAVE ENOUGH FOOD FOR THE SATURDAY PICNIC. IN ORDER TO ENSURE WE HAVE YOUR REGISTRATION IN HAND WHEN YOU ARRIVE, WE HAVE SET THE FOLLOWING DEADLINES:
PAPER/MAIL-IN REGISTRATIONS THE PAPER/MAIL-IN REGISTRATION FILE HAS BEEN REMOVED. ALL MAIL-IN REGISTRATIONS MUST HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY MONDAY JULY 21st. PLEASE USE PAYPAL FOR ADVANCE REGISTRATIONS UNTIL JULY 27th.
PAYPAL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 11:59PM EDT SUNDAY JULY 27th.
ALL OTHER REGISTRATIONS SHOULD BE PAID AT THE GATE WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Raffle Tickets
Each individual registration will get 2 free raffle tickets for the raffle. Every family registration will get 4 free raffle tickets. Extra raffle tickets can be bought at the event for $2 a piece or 12 tickets for $20. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the Star Party.
Saturday Picnic
There is a free picnic on Saturday afternoon for all REGISTERED adults, families and children.

Camping Fees:
Camping fees are $5 per person per night for those camping in tents or RV's. These fees are collected on arrival on behalf of the event site owner, and the YCAS does not keep any of these fees. Restroom and Shower facilities are included.
Hut Fees:
Camping fees for use of the Hut will be collected at the site and are separate from the event fees. We do not keep these fees, and they are collected on behalf of the event site owner. Single: $15, Family $35 per night.

This form is very important. Skipping this form will delay processing your registration
