Registration Deadlines

WE ENCOURAGE PARTICIPANTS TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE, SO THAT OUR FOOD VENDOR IS HAS SUFFICIENT SUPPLIES AND TO ENSURE WE HAVE SUFFICIENT SANITARY FACILITIES. IN ORDER TO ENSURE WE HAVE YOUR REGISTRATION IN HAND WHEN YOU ARRIVE, WE HAVE SET THE FOLLOWING DEADLINES:

PAYPAL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 11:59PM EDT MONDAY Otctober 4th.

MAIL-IN REGISTRATION must be received in the mail by Friday, October 1st

WE WILL HAVE A LIMITED QUANTITY OF GENERIC MASON-DIXON T-SHIRTS IN ROYAL BLUE (S-2XL) AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE STAR PARTY.

Star Party Rates

PLEASE NOTE THAT A $5 DISCOUNT PER REGISTRATION IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL PRE-REGISTRATIONS. YOU CAN REGISTER BY PAYPAL OR BY USMAIL. IF YOU REGISTER AT THE STAR PARTY, THE Amount At Gate Fee WILL BE CHARGED.

Camping Fees are collected on arrival

Camping Fees:

Camping fees are $5 per person per night for those camping in tents or RV's.  These fees are collected on arrival on behalf of the event site owner, and the YCAS does not keep any of these fees.  Restroom and Shower facilities are included.

The Hut will not be available for camping. It will be open for restroom and shower use.

Register Online

IMPORTANT
After you complete your PayPal Payment, you will be returned to the York County Astronomical Society website so that you can complete a form with additional details we need to process your registration. This form is very important. Skipping this form will delay processing your registration

During the PayPal checkout process, you will see a title for York County Astronomical Society. They are the sponsors of this event.  Camping fees are separate and are collected when you arrive. Camping fees are collected for the event site owner.
